Hello!! In case you didn't know already, my name is Mikey, and I am a very blessed little Pug with a loving family and a warm
home that I can poop in at any time I want! Yes, I said poop! Although I do have a cause and a HUGE... VERY HUGE HEART, it
doesn't mean that I can't have a great sense of humor!
My site celebrates the most awesome team in the World... The Green Bay Packers, and of course the most awesome breed of
dog in the world... The Pug!
It took dedication and amazing teamwork for Our Packers to win the Super Bowl this year, and just like the Packers did... Us Pugs
will stick together through thick and thin! Times can be rough, but we will help pull each other through those times! Great Pugs,
Great Team... Go PUG Go!!!
My Goal is simple.. Help the underdog Pugs that are in need of medical care, a warm house to poop in... And getting them the
LOVE that each and every one of them deserves to the fullest! If you would like to help me Help them, then you definitely landed

Not too long ago, my friend Stewie told me about Milwaukee PugFest on May 15th at the
Milwaukee County Indoor Sports Complex. I was first under the impression that it was just a big
bash for us Pugs to get together and chill out. I read further in to their website, and I realized that
this event is held in efforts to raise funds for these Pugs that need help really, really bad!!
Reading about these little innocent underdogs broke my heart and I felt like I had to try to provide
some help to them ASAP! This is my mission and I am asking YOU... My friends to help them out
in any way that you can! The organization that runs Milwaukee Pugfest is Pug Hugs, Inc.. Here is
a little about them and PugFest:
Pug Fest is a celebration of the pug held on an annual basis. Pug Hugs, Inc. d/b/a Milwaukee Pug
Fest is a Wisconsin non-profit corporation with Federal tax exempt status under Sec. 501(c)(3) of
the Internal Revenue Code and also has State sales tax exemption status. We are an all volunteer
group dedicated to fund raising (and FUN raising) for pug rescue and to raise awareness of
responsible breeding practices and the plight of pugs kept solely for breeding in puppy mills and
by backyard breeders. It is an unfortunate fact that the most ill pugs in rescue seem to come from
irresponsible breeders who don't take care of their needs and then surrender them.

Our Mission is:
- To protect and advance the interest of pug dogs by encouraging responsible pug ownership.
- To raise awareness of the plight of pugs used as solely as breeding stock without concern for their welfare and assist in efforts furthering
the prevention of cruelty to animals and humane education. - To urge breeders of pugs to further the advancement of the breed and to not breed a dog when health issues have been identified in it
or its off-spring. - To better the lives of surrendered, abandoned, sick, neglected, injured or abused pug dogs by obtaining necessary medical treatment
for them and assisting in the rescue and re-homing of said pug dogs. We are dedicated to fund-raising and financially assisting pug dog
owners or those fostering surrendered pug dogs and other pug dog rescue organizations so that no pug dog has to be surrendered or
euthanized simply because its owner is financially challenged. - To carry on and conduct any other lawful activity permitted to nonprofit corporation which directly or indirectly promotes the purposes to
have and exercise all of the rights, powers and privileges which are now or may hereafter be conferred by the laws of Wisconsin upon
not-for-profit corporations organized and operating under the laws of Wisconsin.
